Abstract:
To provide a method for producing the subject seasoning prevented from deterioration of its flavor and occurrence of settlings during preservation.
This method for producing a calcium-enriched seasoning by adding a calcium salt to a seasoning is characterized by membrane treatment and/or dephosphorization treatment of the original seasoning before and after addition of the calcium salt.
