Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a cement plate having excellent durability, and a production method therefor.SOLUTION: A cement plate production method and a production device therefor comprise: a running apparatus 20 moving a mold plate 4 in a constant direction; first sieve sheets 2A inclined downward with respect to a progression direction at the upper part thereof and having fine meshes in an inclination upper side; second sieve sheets 2B with meshes coarser than the first sieve sheets 2A on an inclination lower side; and raw material feed parts 3 provided at the upper part on the inclination upper side of the first sieve sheets 2A, where powder raw material F is fallen by its own weight on the mold plate 4 from the meshes of the first sieve sheets 2A to form a surface layer 5, and the powder raw material F not passed through the meshes of the first sieve sheets 2A is moved onto the second sieve sheets 2B on the lower side to form a core layer 6 on the surface layer 5 from the meshes of the second sieve sheets 2B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
