Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a complex of a gel support and hydroxyapatite by using electrophoresis, exhibiting improved yield.
The method for producing a complex of a gel support and hydroxyapatite includes the following processes: a process for forming hydroxyapatite in the inside of a gel support by arranging the gel support in between a cathode and an anode, using a calcium ion-containing solution as a migration solution at the cathode side and a phosphoric acid ion-containing solution as a migration solution at the anode side, and performing electrophoresis by turning on electricity; and a process for contacting the gel support after electrophoresis with an alkali solution.
