Abstract:
To provide a method for producing composite aluminum nitride particles which are excellent in thermal conductivity and abrasion resistance in molding when being made to fill a resin.SOLUTION: A method for producing composite aluminum nitride particles includes a precipitation step of precipitating zinc hydroxide onto a surface of aluminum nitride particles in an aqueous solvent, and a baking step of baking the aluminum nitride particles A obtained in the precipitation step at 600°C or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None
