Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a composite base material which can bond base materials containing different materials by pressurizing and contacting the base materials under ordinary temperature environment.SOLUTION: A method for producing a composite base material bonds a first base material and a second base material, where the first base material has an organic resin layer on its surface, and a coefficient of elasticity of an organic resin contained in the organic resin layer is in a range of 1,000-10,000 MPa, where the second base material has an oxide film on a bonded surface with the first base material, and arithmetic average roughness of the bonded surface between the first base material and the second base material is 10 nm or less. The method includes a step of activating the surface of the first base material, and a step of contacting the bonded surface between the first base material and the second base material at a temperature equal to or lower than a softening point of the surface of the first base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
