Abstract:

To provide a concentrated Bordeaux mixture preservable over a long period without deteriorating the properties of the product and having excellent handleability in the production process and application site and provide a method for producing the concentrated Bordeaux mixture in high reproducibility.

This concentrated Bordeaux mixture having excellent properties can be produced in high reproducibility by (1) adding a styryl phenyl ether-based surfactant in the mixing and reacting step of slaked lime powder or slurry with an aqueous solution of copper sulfate and (2) adding an anionic surfactant after the completion of the reaction to improve the handleability in the production process and the application site.
