Abstract:
To provide a novel method for producing a crystalline titanium oxide gel.SOLUTION: A method for producing a crystalline titanium oxide gel includes the following steps (1) to (3): the step (1) of mixing titanium alkoxide with an organic solvent other than an alcohol to prepare a titanium alkoxide solution; the step (2) of adding water to the titanium alkoxide solution obtained in the step (1) to produce a hydrolysate of titanium alkoxide; and the step (3) of obtaining a crystalline titanium oxide gel through polycondensation of the hydrolysate of titanium alkoxide produced in the step (2).SELECTED DRAWING: None
