Abstract:

To provide an efficient method of producing a cyclic unsaturated compound having a fluorine atom-containing organic group.

The method of producing a cyclic unsaturated compound having a fluorine atom-containing organic group is provided, which includes a ray irradiation step of irradiating a cyclic unsaturated compound (A) having at least one unsaturated bond in a ring with ray which excites a photosensitizer (C) in the presence of sulfinate having a fluorine atom-containing organic group represented by formula (1) and the photosensitizer (C). (RfSO2)nM (1), where Rf is a fluorine atom-containing organic group having at least one fluorine group, M is an alkali metal atom, an alkaline earth metal atom or a zinc atom, n is 1 or 2 and same as the valence of an M atom.
