Abstract:
To obtain an emulsion of a ceramide having excellent storage stability even without using a surfactant.
This method for producing an emulsion of a ceramide comprises adding a sphingosine and an acidic compound having ≤200 molecular weight to form a salt with the sphingosine to the ceramide when the ceramide is emulsified.
