Abstract:

To establish a nerve cell line useful for the analysis of mechanism of encephalopathy.

This method for producing the nerve cell line comprises a culture of the nerve cells in a three-dimensional environment after its adhesion culture. The nerve cell line obtained from the method, and a method for screening a substance which may become a treating/preventing agent of the encephalopathy, are also provided.
