Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled compound having strong carcinostatic activity, by reacting the bonding an estracyt compound with a carcinostatic agent having a specific functional group.
CONSTITUTION: An estracyt compound [preferably estradiol-3N-bis(2-chloroethyl)- carbamate-17β-phosphate, estradiol-17β-3N-bis(2-chloroethyl)-carbamate or estron- 3N-bis(2-chloroethyl)-carbamate] is made to react with an amine to substitute the Cl group of the nitrogen mustard segment of the estracyt compound with NH2 group. The objective compound can be prepared by reacting the substituted or unsubstituted estracyt compound with a carcinostatic agent having a functional group selected from COOH, Cl, NH2 and OH.
