Preferable embodiments are as follows: the case wherein the linear velocity of a mixed fluid of gas with liquid at inside piping of the heat exchanger retains 40-80 m/sec, the case wherein the filter comprises a metal mesh with at least 200 mesh, the case wherein the filter comprises a metallic fiber sintered filter having at least 50 μm of filtration precision, etc.
