CONSTITUTION: An outer member 2 is formed in a stuck state to the exterior of a rod material R by casting a resin to the interior of a mold arranged in the outside of the rod material R, a channel G ranging from the exterior of the outer member 2 to that of the rod material R is bored, a soft material 11 is packed into the channel G and a coated layer of the soft material 11 is constructed in a flat state from the surface of the outer member 2 to that of the rod material R to give the objective fishing rod.
