Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a flexible solar cell using a commonly used plastic film.
A photoelectric conversion layer and a metal electrode layer are thermally formed on a flexible thin metal film and a plastic film is laminated on the metal electrode layer to produce a laminate material. The laminate material is employed for producing a solar cell and surface electrodes thereof are formed by etching the substrate.
