Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an easily ingestible health food containing high concentrations of various active ingredients of lactic acid bacteria-producing substances produced by symbiotic culture.SOLUTION: A health food production method includes: a grouping process of grouping 16 types of lactic acid bacteria by a specific combination; a primary culture process of combining the groups and subjecting the combined groups to symbiotic culture; a secondary culture process of mixing a primary culture solution and subjecting it to symbiotic culture; a tertiary culture process of mixing a secondary culture solution and subjecting it to symbiotic culture; a viscosity adjusting process of diluting a tertiary culture solution to prepare a stock solution; and a pulverizing process of pulverizing the stock solution by a spray dryer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
