Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a heat-shielding film, by which a heat shielding film having low thermal conductivity, even in a thin film state, can be produced in a short time by an easy method of only coating, and to provide a heat-shielding film and an internal combustion engine.
A heat-resistant resin 13 is melted and mixed in a solvent and a heat-resistant pigment 14 is mixed therein to prepare a heat-resistant coating material 12a, to which air externally introduced, or vapor of the heat-resistant coating material 12a is dispersed as microbubbles. The heat-resistant coating material 12a including microbubbles 11 is applied on a coating object 1 to form a heat-shielding film 10.
