The method for producing a humidity-conditioning tile is one comprising molding a raw material containing an inorganic humidity-conditioning material and firing the molding and comprises step (a) of preparing a raw molding material containing the inorganic porous humidity-conditioning material and a water-soluble resin, step (b) of obtaining a molding by molding the raw molding material, and step (c) of obtaining the humidity-conditioning tile by firing the molding at a firing temperature of 1,000°C or lower.
