Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inner package component, even if, mainly, a finish skin with uniform thickness is used, having a local thickness part similar to the one using a dummy skin by an injection-molded skin.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing an inner package component comprising: a foaming step 7 where a foaming layer 5 is formed between a dummy skin 3 and a core material 4 to produce a foam-molded part 6; a peeling step 8 where the dummy skin 3 is peeled from the foam-molded part 6; and a wrapping step 11 where a finish skin 9 is pasted on the surface of the foaming layer 5 from which the dummy skin 3 has been peeled to produce an inner package component 1, which are performed in this order. As the dummy skin 3, an injection-molded skin 21 having a local thickness part 22 is used. The foaming step 7 is performed in such a manner that a spacer member 24 is pasted on the back side of the local thickness part 22. After the peeling step 8, a fixing step 27 to fix a foaming member 26 to a recessed part 25 formed at the foaming layer 5 is performed. Further, the wrapping step 11 to fit the finish skin 9 in such a way as to cover the surface of the foaming member 26 is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
