Abstract:
To provide a method for obtaining an inorganic compound-containing aqueous solution, wherein, from a stock solution containing boric acid and at least one inorganic anion having halogen, the inorganic anion is precisely separated.SOLUTION: A method for producing an inorganic compound-containing aqueous solution, comprises a separation step in which: in an electrodialysis tank that comprises a desalting chamber, and a concentrating chamber partitioned from the desalting chamber with an anion exchange membrane, a stock solution stored in the desalting chamber and containing boric acid and at least one halogen-containing inorganic anion is subjected to electrodialysis, and the at least one inorganic anion is separated from boric acid to isolate it as an inorganic compound-containing aqueous solution, wherein the pH of the stock solution is 8 or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
