Abstract:
To provide a method for producing an iron, wherein further improvement of producing efficiency of the iron and steel and the reductions of carbon dioxide exhausting quantity and production cost are attained while utilizing the existing iron-making process.
Mixture of composite raw materials composed of carbonaceous materials having 500 m particle diameter and iron oxide fine particles having 100 m particle diameter, etc., is supplied into a blow pipe 20 from a lance 16 arranged in the blow pipe 20 of a tuyere in a blast furnace, and the mixture of composite raw materials is charged into the blast furnace 10 from the tuyere 14 with a gas phase delivery by utilizing hot-blast flowing in the blow pipe 20.
