Abstract:
To provide a method for producing pure-vegetable lactobacillus fermented rice bran facilitated in lactic acid fermentation due to lactobacillus, excellent in stability and storability, having no smell, well digestible and absorbable, and also easily producible.
The method for producing lactobacillus fermented rice bran comprises inoculating vegetable lactobacillus derived from vegetable material to rice bran so as to cause lactic acid fermentation thereon to produce the lactobacillus fermented rice bran.
