The laminated material for the quiet sleep bedding is produced by the step to form an irregularly undulated cloth by shrinking performance of an elastic yarn generated by shrinking a heat-shrinking elastic yarn inserted into a multiple weave cloth by heat-treatment, and the step to apply an adhesive for increasing elasticity together with the antibacterial material to bottom and back, taking consideration of contacting pressure of a human body, and pasting a synthetic resin film, a woven or knit cloth, a foam, or the like to the irregularly undulated cloth.
