Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing laminated nonwoven fabric that has excellent workability, readily laminates fiber groups for composite material onto nonwoven web or nonwoven fabric in no need of an overmuch size of the production facility with no occurrence of defective appearance, for example, warpage and bend of the laminated body.
SOLUTION: When fiber group for composite material is laminated to nonwoven web or nonwoven fabric and they are continuously entangled through the needle punch process into integrated fabric, a plurality of fiber yarns for composite material are taken out of creels and arranged in one direction through a reed and/or a tension controller and fed to the running nonwoven web or nonwoven fabric at a constant speed with powered feed nip rollers to needle- punch them by use of the felting needles whereby the objective laminated nonwoven fabric is produced.
