Abstract:
To provide a method for producing fish flour-like meat enabling industrial production of fish flour-like meat composed of large-size grains like home-made one; and to provide a method for producing minced meat favorably utilized in the method for producing the fish flour-like meat.
The method for producing minced meat comprises adding oil and fat to meat followed by mincing the oil and fat-added meat. The method for producing fish flour-like meat comprises putting minced meat in boiling water at 90C, and boiling the minced meat followed by stirring the boiled ground meat.
