Abstract:
To provide a technique for uniformly mixing a polylactic resin and wood flour.SOLUTION: Figure 3(a) illustrates a polylactic resin particle 55. A particle diameter of the polylactic resin particle 55 is arbitrary, and is preferably about 3 mm. As shown in Figure 3(b), the surface of the polylactic resin particle 55 when being heated to an optimal temperature is softened. Then, when being brought into contact with the surface thereof, wood grain 25 of 1-50 μm or a fragment 25B of the wood grain 25 is preferably attached thereto. As a result, as shown in Figure 3(b), a mixture 57 in which the polylactic resin particle 55 is attached as a core and the wood grain 25 or the fragment 25B of the wood grain 25 is closely attached to the surface is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
