Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing an N-sulfenylimidic acid ester compound without using a sulfenyl chloride compound produced by using chlorine gas.
SOLUTION: The method for producing an N-sulfenylimidic acid ester compound represented by general formula (A) (R1 is an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an alkoxy group, an alkoxycarbonyl group, a halogen atom or a nitro group; n is 0 or an integer of 1-4; R2 is an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group or an aromatic group; R3 is an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group or an aromatic group; R4 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an aromatic group or a heterocyclic group; R5 is an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an alkoxy group, an alkoxycarbonyl group, a halogen atom or a nitro group) comprises reacting an N-sulfenylbenzimidazole compound represented by general formula (B) with an imidic acid ester compound represented by general formula (C).
