Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a nephrosis syndrome model animal.
The method for producing a nephrosis syndrome model animal includes a step of causing an abnormality of nephrin between epidermal cells of renal glomerulus by administering an antibody derived by full-length nephrin cDNA to a non-human animal to thereby develop nephrosis syndrome.
