Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a non-halogen multilayer insulating wire which uses polybutylene naphthalate as an insulation coating material, is excellent in appearance, and enables a long work.SOLUTION: A method for producing a non-halogen multilayer insulating wire 10 includes: a step of extrusion coating a polyolefin-based resin composition containing 50-95 pts.mass of high-density polyethylene and 5-50 pts.mas of an ethylene copolymer at a temperature higher than 280°C onto a conductor 1, to provide an insulator inner layer 2; and extrusion coating a polyester-based resin composition containing a base polymer containing polybutylene naphthalate as a main component, and 50-150 pts.mass of a polyester block copolymer, 0.5-5 pts.mass of a hydrolysis inhibitor, 0.5-5 pts.mass of an inorganic porous filler, and 10-30 pts.mass of magnesium hydroxide with respect to 100 pts.mass of the base polymer at a temperature higher than 280°C, onto the outside the insulator inner layer 2, to provide an insulator outer layer 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
