To store and transport an enormous amount of a non-wooden fiber resource as a pulp raw material without decaying the resource, stably supply the resource to a huge pulp factory, easily produce and supply excellent pulp, and simultaneously enable the promotion of environmental measures and rationalization.
This method for producing the pulp is characterized by mixing a PA method pulp waste liquor as a preservative with a non-wooden fiber resource, storing and transporting the mixture, preliminarily treating the mixture with the PA method pulp waste liquor and a PA method cooking liquor, transporting the treated product into a stress-breaking type kneader, forcibly stirring the product, simultaneously subjecting to a gas phase cooking treatment, fibrillating the cooling product with a disk refiner, separating the product into semi-chemical pulp and a pulp waste liquor, utilizing a part of the pulp waste liquor as a new preservative, subjecting the remainder to a combustion treatment, recovering PA cooling chemicals from the ash, and then recycling the recovered agents to reduce the pollution.
