Abstract:
To provide xyloglucanases allowing for one enzyme production of xyloglucan oligosaccharides of low molecular weight.SOLUTION: The invention provides a xyloglucanase that can degrade β-1,4 linkage of glucose with or without xylose side chains in the cellulose main chain of xyloglucan. Further the invention provides a polynucleotide encoding the xyloglucanase, an expression vector, a transformant, a xyloglucanase producing method, and a xyloglucan oligosaccharide producing method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
