Abstract:

To produce an organic acid salt having high purity without containing saccharides.

A method for producing the organic acid salt comprises heating a mixture of the organic acid salt and the saccharides, contacting the heated mixture with an alcohol, and separating the heated saccharides from the organic acid salt, so as to acquire the organic acid salt. Thus, the organic acid salt having the high purity without containing the saccharides is produced.
