Abstract:
To provide a method which gives high reaction conversion, can give a perfluoroalkyne compound with high selectivity, and hardly produces a fluoroalkene compound as a byproduct, and also to provide a method for producing a perfluoroalkyne compound which can reduce deterioration of a catalyst.SOLUTION: A method comprises: setting a contact time of a catalyst and the perfluoroalkadiene compound to 30 seconds or less using a catalyst which comprises a catalyst selected from (a) a catalyst containing a prescribed element(s), (b) a catalyst containing at least two kinds of prescribed elements, (c) a fluorinated prescribed metal oxide(s) whose pore volume is in a prescribed range, (d) a metal oxide(s) fluorinated by a prescribed compound(s), and (e) a catalyst obtained by fluorinating a prescribed metal oxide(s) whose pore volume is in a prescribed range, or a prescribed element(s): or setting a moisture content in the reaction system in a prescribed range at at least one point from the start of the reaction to the end of the reaction.SELECTED DRAWING: None
