PURPOSE: To reduce cost and time for preparing a printed matter by providing an input part to input personal information or software part storing the personal information, computer system to process the information and output part to print the processed information.

CONSTITUTION: The personal information is inputted from the input part connected to the computer system. Computer executes a processing to edit the inputted personal information into a frame drawn in advance, and in order to simplify procedures for producing the complete printed matter, the information is sent to the output part after being contrived in the computer software. Next, the processed information is outputted as the printed matter through the output part and the outputted printed matter is completely finished. For the input, some of a keyboard, image scanner, sound input device and data base, etc., are selectively utilized.
