Abstract:
The invention relates to a preparation method of a polyoxymethylene resin composition. The invention provides the preparation method of the polyoxymethylene resin composition. By applying the method,the polyoxymethylene resin composition has mechanical features such as great tensile strength, high tensile elongation rate, bending strength, and impact resistance and has an extraordinary creep property. The preparation method of the polyoxymethylene resin composition is characterized in that (A) a polyoxymethylene resin with mass fraction of being 100 utilized; (B) a silane coupling agent is utilized for surface treatment in order to obtain inorganic filling material of glass with mass fraction of being above 1 part by weight and below 100 parts; (C) at least one halide of magnesium halideand ammonium halide with mass fraction of being above 0.0001 and below 0.5 is selected; (D) a triazine derivate having a nitrogenous functional group with mass fraction of being above 0.002 and below10 is selected. The polyoxymethylene resin composition is prepared by melt mixing of the polyoxymethylene resin, the silane coupling agent, the at least one halide and the triazine derivate.
