Abstract:
To provide a pharmaceutical preparation containing a polymer micelle having a controlled diameter and containing a drug sealed in the micelle.
The method for producing the pharmaceutical preparation containing a drug-containing polymer micelle comprises a process to dissolve a hydrophilic-hydrophobic block copolymer and a scarcely water-soluble drug in a volatile organic solvent, remove the solvent and stir the product together with water at ≤30°C to dissolve the drug-containing polymer micelle in water.
