Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a polymer, activating necessary warning alarms on changing a production grade of the polymer, while suppressing the activation of unnecessary warning alarms.
This method for producing the polymer is provided by changing set values of controlling factors in changing the production grade of the polymer, measuring dependent factors intermittently or continuously, calculating predicted values of the dependent factors after a prescribed time by using moving averages from the measured values of the dependent factors and setting values (a PH value and a PL value) for warning alarms.
