Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a radiator, which can produce easily a lightweight radiator, particularly by shortening the time of a bonding process and extending the open time.SOLUTION: A method for producing a radiator includes a pre-bonding step for preparing a laminate in which an aluminum member (2), a solid binder (3) primarily composed of amorphous thermoplastic resin, which is at least one of thermoplastic epoxy resin and phenoxy resin, and a resin member to be bonded to the aluminum, are arranged in the stated order. The amorphous thermoplastic resin has an epoxy equivalent of 1,600 or more, or the amorphous thermoplastic resin is free of epoxy groups, with the amorphous thermoplastic resin having a heat of fusion of 15 J/g or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
