Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a rare earth bonded magnet molded body with high shape retainability.SOLUTION: A method for producing a rare earth bonded magnet molded body includes the steps of: mixing anisotropic rare earth magnet powder and a resin binder and preparing compound powder; and filling the compound powder into a mold, applying a magnetic field to orient the anisotropic magnet powder while molding a compact by the mold and heating the compound powder in the mold, and cooling after releasing an applied magnetic field.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
