To provide a material usable for hyposensitization of cedar pollinosis, especially, a material inducing no anaphylactic reaction in vivo, capable of covering epitope in all patients of the cedar pollinosis, and/or easy in mass production with high purity and usable in hyposensitization of the cedar pollinosis.
Provided are, a fusion protein of Cryj 1 maturation protein and Cryj 2 maturation protein; a polynucleotide encoding the fusion protein; an expression vector containing the polynucleotide; a transformant into which the expression vector is introduced; and a method for producing the fusion protein which comprises cultivating the transformant in a medium, recovering the produced fusion protein and, if required, solubilizing the fusion protein.
