Abstract:
To provide a method for obtaining lactide of high purity in a high yield.
The method for producing refined lactide of high-purity comprises a step of bringing (a) a mixture of L-lactide and/or D-lactide and meso-lactide into contact with (b) a mixed solvent of an aromatic compound solvent and an aliphatic hydrocarbon compound solvent and/or an alicyclic hydrocarbon compound solvent, and a step of solid-liquid separation to recover solid contents.
