Abstract:

To provide a method for producing a regenerated fuel utilizing supercritical liquid.

A method for producing a regenerated fuel utilizing supercritical liquid includes a step of charging a carried catalyst and a catalyst activating substance in a continuous reactor to activate the catalyst, a step of charging an fat-and-oil, hydrogen and a supercritical liquid in the continuous reactor containing the activated catalyst to carry out a hydrogenation reaction and a hydrodeoxidation reaction in the supercritical liquid, and a step of recovering a formed regenerated fuel, whereby the regenerated fuel containing no oxygen can be obtained in high yield at a lower hydrogen pressure and reaction temperature than in production of a regenerated fuel by a conventional production method.
