Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rugged surface sheet by which various sheet members can be used in the production of the rugged surface sheet having various hollow projecting line parts.
SOLUTION: In the method for producing the rugged surface sheet 3, a first sheet 1 is continuously supplied to the peripheral surface of a vacuum roll 4 in which long groves 41 are formed in great numbers in parallel on its peripheral surface and which has suction holes in the long grooves 41. The first sheet 1 is ruggedly deformed without being extended substantially on the peripheral surface and is bonded with a second sheet 2 while being held in holding the deformed state to obtain the rugged surface sheet 3 having ruggedness.
