Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sealant for solar battery modules by which a sealant for solar battery modules can be produced with high productivity, provided that the sealant for solar battery modules includes: at least one of polyethylene and an ethylene-acrylic monomer copolymer; a crosslinker; and a crosslink assistant agent.SOLUTION: A method for producing a sealant for solar battery modules according to the present invention by mixing a liquid crosslinker and a liquid crosslink assistant agent in an ethylene-based polymer including at least one of polyethylene and ethylene-acrylic monomer copolymer comprises: the first mixture preparing step of preparing a first mixture by mixing the crosslink assistant agent in part of the ethylene-based polymer; the second mixture preparing step of preparing a second mixture by impregnating the crosslinker into the balance of the ethylene-based polymer; the sealant composition preparing step of preparing a sealant composition by mixing the first mixture and the second mixture together; and the shaping step of shaping the sealant composition into a form of sheet.
