Abstract:
To provide a method for efficiently producing seamless capsules having high coating film strength.
This method for producing the seamless capsules uses a capsule production apparatus equipped with a coaxial triple nozzle having the first nozzle, the second nozzle and the third nozzle from the innermost side, and includes a process for simultaneously extruding an aqueous liquid containing a sealing material and a gelling auxiliary from the first nozzle, a hydrophobic substance from the second nozzle, and an aqueous liquid containing a gelling agent and a photocurable resin from the third nozzle, respectively, and preferably furthermore a process for irradiating liquid drops produced by extruding them into the liquid with light.
