To provide a method of producing sherbet through the step at which sweetener, for example, fruit chips and stabilizers are added to soybean milk drink and soybean curd food, they are repeatedly refrigerated and stirred, and then, merengue is admixed thereto and they are stirred again.

Sweetener, for example, fruit chips, and stabilizers are added to soybean milk and soybean curd and the mixture is repeatedly frozen and stirred and merengue is admixed to the stirred mixture to produce the objective soybean milk or curd sherbet.
