To provide dried simple cellulosic fiber products and to provide a method of forming dried simple fibers and a simple fiber producer.
The pulp as feedstock is conveyed to a jet drier. The jet drier simplifies and dries the pulp fed. The simple and dried fibers are collected from the jet drier. The pulp fed may be treated with treating agents. The jet drier keeps the pressure negative. The fiber items obtained by this process have a low knot count and largely improved warps, curls and twisting. This simple fiber producer is equipped with a preliminary treatment station for feeding treating agents, a pulp-feeding device designed for pulp, another pulp- feeding device for feeding pulp, another pulp-feeding device designed for suspending the pulp and foam and/or a fiber separation station equipped with a pressure-reduced conveyer.
