Abstract:
To provide a method for producing single crystal ceramic particles, by which the single crystal ceramic particles can be produced in large quantities at a low cost.
The spherical single crystal particles are obtained by spheroidizing a raw material powder by melting it by combustion flame from a burner, and then heat treating (annealing) the obtained spherical powder.
