PURPOSE: To remove troubles caused by poor shaping of lead wires or the effect due to the presence of shaping tools by previously forming a lead wire length shaping tool at the time of frame formation and removing the shaping tool after length adjustment and shaping of the lead wires.
CONSTITUTION: In a small-sized speaker such as headphone, a magnetic circuit 2 is provided at the center of a frame 1, an attachment seat 1a for attaching a diaphragm 4 is mounted at the periphery and a terminal TM7 is provided on the central wall surface. On the front surface of the frame 1, the periphery of the diaphragm 4 is secured on the seat 1a with a voice coil 5 facing to the magnetic circuit 2. The rear end of a lead wire 6 connected at one end to the coil 5 is passed through a space between the diaphragm 4 and the frame 1 so as to be inserted and secured to the TM7. A shaping tool 9 is removable and projects to the front side from the back side between the TM7 and the circuit 2. The lead wire 6 is engaged halfway by the shaping tool 9 the lead wire 6 is adjusted in length and shaped. The shaping tool 9 is then removed.
