Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the method for producing the spun-like processed yarn little in the irregularity of dyeing, large in the swelling of the yarn, reduced in the number of fuzz, and suitable for mass production at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: This method for producing the spun-like processed yarn from a polyester undrawn yarn is characterized by doubling plural polyester undrawn yarns simultaneously satisfying belowdescribed inequalities (i)-(v), interlacing the doubled yarns, and subsequently subjecting the interlaced yarn to a drawing and simultaneous false-twisting treatments. 0.008≤Δn≤0.1...(i), 0.04≤Δ(Δn)...(ii), 150%≤ΔEL≤250%...(iii), 0.1≤Δ[η]≤0.3...(iv), [η]≤0.70≤[η]1...(v)
