Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING SYRINGE PREVIOUSLY FILLED WITH INJECTION WITHOUT RESIDUAL AIR BUBBLES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3789554
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a syringe filled with an injection without contg. dangerous residual air bubbles by temporarily sealing a nozzle with a cap, filling a prescribed amt. of the injection into the syringe, inserting a plunger-piston under a reduced pressure therein and filling the remaining amt. through the nozzle and, in some cases, resealing the cap under the reduced pressure.
SOLUTION: The method for producing the syringe previously filled with the injection without contg. the dangerous residual air bubbles is executed by first temporarily sealing the nozzle of the syringe by using the suitable removable cap and filling the desired injection of at least 80vol.%, more preferably 95vol.% of the dose into the syringe from the open end on the opposite side. The plunger-piston are thereafter inserted under the reduced pressure into the syringe. The cap is removed by rotating the syringe. The remaining amt. of the injection is then completely filled into the syringe through the nozzle. In some cases, the cap is resealed to the front end of the syringe under the reduced pressure. The syringe previously filled with the injection is sterilized and packaged after these operations.
